Cheese Bread (Machine) Recipe
3/4 c water 1 ea egg 2 1/4 c bread flour 1 1/2 t salt 1 1/2 t butter 2 t dry yeast 3/4 c cheddar cheese,Shredded
Place all ingredients in bread pan except for cheese. Set on light setting. Add cheese 6 minutes into kneading cycle. When done, remove from pan and cool 1 hour.

Cheese Bread 2 c flour 1/4 c sugar 1 1/2 t baking powder 1/2 t baking soda 1/2 t salt 1 egg,separated 1 c buttermilk 1 c cheddar cheese,grated 1/4 c onion,chopped 1 T butter
Sift together dryingredients. Add beaten egg yolk & milk. Quickly fold in stiffly beaten egg white & cheese. Pour into greased loaf pan or round 9" casserole. Saute onion in butter. Spread top with onion mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is golden.

Cheese Fudge 8 oz Velveeta Processed Cheese 2 butter 1 t vanilla 1/2 c cocoa 2 lb powdered sugar 1/2 c pecans,Chopped
Melt Velveeta and butter together over low heat. Stir in vanilla.
In a separate bowl, sift together powdered sugar and cocoa. Stir dry mixture into cheese mixture. Stir in nuts. Line 9-by-13-inch pan with waxed paper and spread fudge in pan. Let cool in refrigerator. Remove from pan and cut with pizza cutter.
