1/3 C Cracked Wheat
1 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tsp Caraway Seed
2 Garlic Cloves -- minced
1 Med Onion -- minced
1 Lg Apple -- chopped
3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1/2 C Water
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your ABM manual and process
on the basic bread cycle according to manufacturer's directions. Let the
loaf cool completely before slicing.
