2 cups Warm Water
1 pkg Yeast
Add Above ingredients to a glass container.
Leave at roomtemp for about 3 days stirring when you think of it.
When it starts to smell like a brewery, you can refrigerate it.
Just bring it back to room temp before you use it.

1 1/2 cups Bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast
1 1/2 LB. LOAF
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Mashed strawberries
1/2 cup Cream cheese
2 tablespoons Butter
3 tablespoons Honey
1 1/3 teaspoons Salt
1 cup Oatmeal
2 cups Bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons Yeast
The strawberries in this bread are subtle, but combine wonderfully
with the cream cheese for a soft, light loaf.
Bake according to manufacturer's instructions.
