BASIC PANCAKE MIX
10 cups all-purpose flour 2 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup baking powder 2 tablespoons salt Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir together to blend well. Place in a large container until ready to use or place in individual storage bags (1 1/2 cups in each bag). Store in cool, dry place for up to 8 months. Makes 13 cups of dry mix. 2 cups of Basic Pancake Mix Attach this to the Jar: 1 egg, beaten 1 1/4 cups water or milk Combine all ingredients; stirring just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
