Thanksgiving Crockpot Ham Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of Tom Collins mix 1/2 cup of frozen orange juice 1/2 cup of pineapple juice 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1 tsp. of dry mustard 1 Hostess Ham (a 3 to 4 pound canned ham)
DIRECTIONS:
Put the ham and all the other ingredients into the crockpot; cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or until desired tenderness.
Broiled Ham Steak with Mustard Glaze
INGREDIENTS:
1 center-cut ready-to-eat ham steak, about 1 1/2 pounds 2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed 2 tablespoon vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
Place ham on a rack in a shallow pan. Combine mustard with brown sugar and vinegar; sprinkle over ham steak. Broil ham slice under moderate heat until browned; turn, baste with pan drippings, and broil until lightly browned.
Orange Glazed Ham INGREDIENTS:
1 (about 6 pounds) uncooked ham 1 small can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, firmly packed 1/3 cup steak sauce
Directions:
Directions for orange glazed ham Place ham, fat side up, on a large piece of foil in a large roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour half of orange mixture over ham. Wrap foil loosely around ham and bake at 325° for about 3 hours, or 30 minutes per pound. About 30 minutes before ham is done, remove from oven.
