Thanksgiving Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe
INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds 2 teaspoons butter, melted 1 pinch salt
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
Sausage Balls
INGREDIENTS: 2 cups buttermilk baking mix 1 pound pork sausage 1 (11 ounce) can condensed cream of Cheddar cheese soup
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, combine the baking mix, sausage and cheddar cheese soup. Mix well and shape into 1 inch balls. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the balls are golden brown.
Seasoned Crackers
INGREDIENTS: 1 (12 ounce) package oyster crackers 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 3/4 cup vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C). Whisk together the oil and seasonings; add crackers and toss to coat evenly. Spread evenly on large baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes and continue baking 10 minutes more.
